VATA & COVID-19

Every Virus has Dosha but they don’t have pulse.

According to my ayurveda study group, Ayurveda perspective of COVID-19, characteristic is VATA; air, mobile, light, dry, rough and cold so early stage of symptom of COVID-19, dry cough and scratch throat. We may experience “feeling Chilly” before happen (accumulation stage). Keeping a regulation of body temperature or slightly warm that is VERY, VERY important for prevention COVID-19. If you tend to have low-temperature, please keep you warm.

We have to pay attention to practice VATA Pacify life style and avoid VATA Habit (Nidana). I put here something very easy to follow. Please practice. (^-^)/~

Easy 10 things Calming VATA

  1. Keep warm

  2. Eat cooked vegetable/ no raw vegetable/ Recommend Root Vegetable *Less eat animal products

  3. Stay stillness

  4. Less activity

  5. Live with time in Nature

  6. Rest well

  7. Avoid or Reduce smoking Tobacco or other substances

  8. Avoid or Reduce drinking Alcohol

  9. Receiving Lots Sunlight!!!

  10. So-Ham Breathing

We have more so once you master these 10 then you can create and add that will be wonderful!
